My First Fatties

I did my first fatties last night. Just the very simple version. I used Jimmy Dean sausage dusted with Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning.[p]Here they are at the beginning:[p]GrillCooks002.jpg[p]And the finished product:[p]GrillCooks003.jpg[p]-Charlie

    Might i suggest one of these .99 fattie cookers to give better support and not have grid ruts in said fatties.

    Local supermarket is where i get them other places like Wally world should have them.
