I did my first fatties last night. Just the very simple version. I used Jimmy Dean sausage dusted with Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning.[p]Here they are at the beginning:[p]GrillCooks002.jpg[p]And the finished product:[p]GrillCooks003.jpg[p]-Charlie

markkal123,[p]Thanks. They are good. This is my second egg, so now I can cook at home and when I am on the Motorhome. Best of both worlds.[p]-Charlie

    <p />Revolution,
Might i suggest one of these .99 fattie cookers to give better support and not have grid ruts in said fatties.

eggaholic,[p]Good idea. Mine did have fairly deep grid marks. Where do you find the "fattie cookers"?[p]-Charlie
