AZ Traveler,
Those look great. I think I may have to try some fatties for the first time tomorrow. Could you give me an approximate time and temp on those? Thanks
-
Mr. Eggcitement,
I did these at 275 degrees and it took about 3 hours. I pulled them at 170 degrees. Enjoy, AZ

AZ Traveler ,
Have you ever tried Fatties direct?
-
AZ Traveler,
i know what you are having for breakfast!
looks great!

Gadgetman,
No, I usually do them raised with a drip pan. Have you done them direct? If so, does it make them better? Maybe I will try it one day. All though that would be a lot of grease on the fire. AZ

Rick's Tropical Delight,
Nothing like a good fattie for breakfast. Made waffles to go with them. John
