<p />Used Mesquite for smoke and DP Rasin the Steaks w/Raspberry Chipotle as a mop. About 9hrs. @200-250/300dome.

    Turned out to be a very good combo. I was so tired and hungry that i rushed through the after shots.

    I need a set of lights,but man are they costly. Have been looking at the Florescence ones because of the cooler temps.
