...with beef on his big green egg!!! The wife and kids went to her mother's place for Easter and I stayed behind to complete some long overdue chores. Sadly, I wasted the day sitting on the couch and watching hockey (taxes...not done; clean papers and crap laying all around...not done; clean garage...not done; wash Honda Pilot...Done!!!) However, I did manage to TRex a 2" strip loin on my mini for dinner!!!! I had a little DP Raising the Steaks action happening with some mesquite plumes.[p]<a href="http://photobucket.com&quot; target="_blank">IMG_0224.jpg [p]That bad boy in the back is the other half of my strip loin earmarked for my lunch tomorrow!!![p]Ottawa_egger[p]

    Ottawa_egger,[p]I enjoy cooking for my wife, but when she is away I definitely enjoy the meals that she wouldn't like. What comes to mine; lamb, clams casino, and cigars. Okay cigars aren't a meal, but I get less grief when she isn't around.[p]BTW, love sharing great meals on the Egg with the wife. We did oysters Rockfeller, steak and lobster tails tonight. Very Good.
