    Jen,
    inside? dunno
never cleaned it! a few hot cooks every now and then help.[p]for the outside, anything not harsh. mild soap/water. bon ami.
paper towel and windex maybe....[p]no chemicals or water inside. some use a crumpled tinfoil ball to scrub the dome clean of any flakey soot.

Jen,[p]I asked this same question a few weeks ago, and the response was - fire the grill up to around 550 and let it run for about 3 hours. [p]My egg had 2 years worth of grease inside and when the cleaning process was going on, it was pouring out smoke. But when it was over - the grease was pretty much gone. Just some residue that a little steel wool took care of.[p]Don't leave the grate in there - I had to replace mine.[p]Hope this helps

    Jen,
Regular Oven Cleaner will clean all that black goo from aroung your Egg's top vent. Other than that, I just wipe it down with a damp paper towel every once in a while.[p]Spring "Wiped Clean" Chicken
