It's College Basketball and Buffalo Tri-tip Sammiches tonight![p]I can smell that hot Cast Iron from the office!![p]Buffalo Tri-tip... cooked rare, and sliced thin.[p]Gonna pan roast some onions and peners in EVOO and Balsamic.[p]Split a Ciabatta roll... slather with some mayo, and melt some Provel on top!! [p]Any takers?[p]Evans[p]Ps..."Egger"...how about those Buckeyes!![p]
I spent most of my money on good bourbon, and bad women...the rest, I just wasted!!

  • Chubby,[p]Sweet: have a question for you. Where did you get that cast iron grate and how do you like it compared to the porcelain grates[p]Mike

This is on my Small...[p]I cut it out of a square Cast Iron grid I found at Home Depot last year It was about $28.00.[p]The pros...great heat transfer and retention! Great for high heat sears![p]Pros...not as easy to clean, or maintain as the Porcelain.[p]Evans[p]PS...The Mothership sells cast grids for the Med and Large eggs![p]

TRex,[p]Glad to see you're up a little!![p]You shouldn't be!!!!!!![p]Since I didn't kill you yesterday, you should be alternating moist heat and cold...20 on 20 off...20 with nothing![p]I'd get it checked out by a specialist anyway!![p]Better safe...than sorry![p]Keep taking the meds as they are anti inflamatorys![p]As to the Fini Balsimaco...I tasted it at Williams&Sonoma
I believe. I remember it as a better than average salad/ cooking/dressing type Balsamico.[p]You'll enjoy it..I'm sure!![p]Evans[p]OBTW...[p]It's hard to not be gaga at your photos with your new Snapper!![p]Nice focal metering, and color saturation!!

ugavet,[p]My wife and kids are at the beach for Spring Break...I gotta stay home and find a way to pay for the trip, but I doing in style...filet mignon. The family left from Roswell, GA headed to Destin...SAT for two hours in Eufala, AL. It took them about 7.5 hours. I'd rather be in Atlanta working on my basement project
