We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! First time Paella with some pictures

Browned the chicken in a separate pan, wasnt sure of the non-stick abilities of my new paella pan.[p]

[p]Return the chicken to the pan and added the shrimp[p]

[p]After about another 20 mins with a dome temp of 350, good eats! Thanks everyone for the great tips on pans and the differant reciepes, big hit with the family. However it said "feeds four", I think it would feed 8 fat guys like myself! Definately a keeper.[p]
