We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Stuffed Pork Chop

<p />Stuffed with a Spinach mixture of Mushrooms, diced sweet peppers, & garlic. A dustin of DP all purpose Dizzy Dust.[p]Grilled direct @ 600deg. for some grill marks then dwelled at 450deg until done.[p]Served with Sweet Potato BGE roasted and Asparagus.
