Stuffed Pork Chop

<p />Stuffed with a Spinach mixture of Mushrooms, diced sweet peppers, & garlic. A dustin of DP all purpose Dizzy Dust.[p]Grilled direct @ 600deg. for some grill marks then dwelled at 450deg until done.[p]Served with Sweet Potato BGE roasted and Asparagus.

    TRex,
    just threw them on indirect 400deg @45min. Since i'm diabetic they are better for me than the white one's and with a little butter and cinnamon very tasty.
