    TRex,[p] A mere 6.5 hour drive north of you is a place in Rural NC that on occasion will have Tri-Tip cooking on a BGE.[p] Just let me know when you are coming and I will make it an occasion.

    heheh, there were ten of us total, but i was really only cooking for three and we threw any leftovers to the others.
    there was a few things not cooked on the egg like belgian waffles and hoohash in the 15" iron skillet on the gasser.
    so yes, we all ate pretty well for roughin it in the hills!

    been to bristol not the track but the cities both tn and va pretty neet place drove by the track but not much into "round racing"but have friends that say bristol is "the place". but i am glad you had fun i remember you have been talking bout it for a while. guess i need to be near you at my next tailgate session. you ever go to any panther or steeler games let me know (i LOVE the steelers never been to a game there but had a job where i had to goto a panther game a year for about 10 years so i root on them whenever possible).
