Shrimp Scampi on the Egg....suggestions....

Has anyone tried this? Wife bought a bag of shrimp from Costco, thought I'd try scampi. Anyone have a recipe and cooking directions?[p]Thanks,

    Paul, several of us cook scampi in a wok. You can try a pan on the grid with a good fire going (just short of steak cooking).... For the recipe, just goggle shrimp scampi, you'll find plenty of ideas. Most of the recipes call for garlic, butter/EVOO, white wine, lemon juice and parsley. Don't burn the garlic and if the pan gets to hot, just lift it out of the egg to cool. Shrimp cook fast! Tom [p]
