I know how to make pork BBQ sauce and have a good rib sauce. But I really need a good brisket sauce. Not store bought, something I can make. For some reason, making it myself just seems more original.
ShortRib, Elder Ward posted one that looked pretty good. Unfortunately it called for a bottle of Lone Star Beer. Well, I finally found some Lone Star and then my nosy neighbors saw it and it was gone. The sauce was on the thin side as I recollect, just the way I wanted it.
