Since I used my new Large BGE 5 times in the first 7 days I owned it, I have not cooked on it in 4 days! I have been too busy at work. Can't wait for the weekend to try something new. Love the forum guys. I would love to go to the Texas Eggfest but I have tickets to Jimmy Buffett that same day just outside of Dallas (I live in a suburban of Ft. Worth). So, I will have to miss. Maybe next year.[p][p]

Celtic Wolf,[p]I agree...Buffet is fine and all, but I am not a "Parrot Head". I have also seen him 2 or 3 times. But, my wife is a big fan and it will be a fun time with the family. Maybe I should invest in a small green egg and use it to tailgate before the concert. The parking lot of a Buffet concert is generally the best part of the whole event.
