Well here is the meat before it went on the grill.[p]A Prime Rib steak and an organic choice strip [p]
[p]With salt, pepper, and garlic powder[p]
[p]Strip dressed the same way[p]
[p]Dessert was fresh Plant City, FL strawberries and angel food cake[p]
[p]And so you can tell how big these berries are[p]
[p]Sorry no cooked steak pictures they were devoured as soon as they hit the table. They were awesome.[p]2 weeks to FL Eggfest :-)[p]John
