Hello All....can someone post the link for the Duck smoking...also
how often should I baste it so I get a nice sweet crispy skin.[p]Thanks All

    Don't fret, someone will help.
    I have cooked duck, but only the breast and it was a quick sear followed by a dwell until the internal reached 145. Kinda like the t-rex method.
    Here are some I wrapped in bacon;[p]
