Tried cooking the tortillas on the egg-GREAT!!!! Also roasted my poblanos for the chili rellenos on the egg....side of spicy cabbage slaw topped with avocado and roasted pumpkin seeds,wow!!!![p][p]

    J Appledog,
    dressing:2 tbls fresh lime juice
    1/4 tsp salt
    pinch cayenne
    1/4 tsp sugar
    3 tbls. veg oil
    1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro [p]
    slaw: 1/2 head shredded green cabbage
    2 bell peppers julienned(I use poblanos or other green chili)
    2 green onions thinly sliced
    1/3 c.pepitas(roasted pumpkin seeds)
    1 ripe avocado diced or sliced[p]mix dressing,add all but the pepitas and avocado. Salt and pepper to taste, dress with the pepitas and avocado on plate.

    That's a really cool tortilla press and great looking rellenos. I saved the slaw recipe too. Below is tortillas from a street vendor in Huatulco, Mex.
