This recipe was a big hit with everybody at my Super Bowl Party. Of course, the meat took longer to cook than the recipe stated. I am glad that I started it at 9 AM. There may have been a couple of reasons for it, one being that I may have actually used too much sauce for marinade.[p]Regardless, the flavors were amazingly complex, there was sweetness from the honey, tartness from the vinegar and orange juice and just a slight bite from the Chilies. Wow, this stuff was awesome.[p]I suggest giving it a try,
