My wife bought me a large BGE for my birthday last summer, which was a good thing. Now I believe she's had second thoughts, simply because I've had to purchase a few accessories. She now has what I call, postman-anxiety-syndrome. It started going bad when I received my personalized Lawn Ranger tools, then progressed as my guave wood arrived. After My Wicked Good Charcoal, and assortment of Dizzy Pig products got here, she began to show signs of hostility towards me. Now she fears the sight of our letter carrier, or a UPS truck. I afraid she may teeter over the edge when I receive my spoonrest from Chuckls, and my BBQ Guru. (I mentioned going the eggfest in Florida and she began to break out in a sweat and quiver, so I dropped it for now). Has anyone else traveled this road, or am I a lone egg?

Your wife bought you a large BGE and you are shopping for YOU!?
I suggest placing a couple more online orders, NOW!

I was right there with you. when i brought home an XL and a small from Eggtoberfest, i thought i would be served papers but now she just rolls her eyes and gripes about not having any cabinet space due to all my spices, v racks, etc.

Personally, I don't think you will ever hear the shovel coming. Wrapping the spoon rest may have the same warm reception as my recent gift of a new Penn 6/0 reel to my wife celebrating a recent trip to the beach.[p]Good luck!
