Thirdeye's pork steak results

Cooked up Thirdeye's pork steaks today and they turned out very good. Cooked on a raised grid direct around 225 for 5 hrs. and flipped them every 1/2 hr. Used 3 chunks of Pecan. Will be doing these again. Thanks Thirdeye for the help and patience for all us newbies.
