New to this forum and BGE, but I was lucky enough to win a BGE in Lakeland,FL. Ray is an excellent representative for BGE. He helped us load our egg on the RV and gave me all sorts of BGE goodies. Ray was also nice enough to offer cooking instruction for my new egg. I have many friends who love their egg, so I an excited to try mine out. I will probably ask way too many questions, so I appologize in advance. Thank you Ray and Big Green Egg!
