<p />EVOO and Raising The Steaks overnight. Seared at 500 couple minutes a side. 300 direct for 40 minutes or 125 internal temp. Rest to 135, slice and enjoy.

    I like to cook up some onions, mix it with a can of pork & beans and then the remaining steak cut in cubes mixed together. Boy is that good. [p]Oh, and a cold Bud to wash it down!

Any more and it gets ruined in my opinion.[p]Now you need to come out to Eggs-by-the-Bay in June and we can have a competition cooking tri-tip for the crowd.     Morro Bay Rich,[p] You left out Monterey Bay, the drive up the coastal highway, Calabaras Big Trees, Yosemite National Park. University of California at Berkeley, Old Town Sacramento, Seeing Arnold play Governator. [p] In other words don't get stuck in just San Francisco.

    Cube it up with some diced potatoes and carrots and onions and fry in a cast iron skillet to make some of the best roast beef hash that you will ever have.
    Add two eggs over easy on top of the hash prior to serving.[p]Making my mouth water,

    I love making a good hash similar to that and I add some Redeye Exprress and maybe a lttle bit of crushed garlic.

    That is exactly what I use and I still add a cup of black coffee to keep the hash moist.
