11 pound brisket, 240 grid, how long do you think?

First whole, packer, brisket going on later this evening, weighs 11 pounds and change as is. First cook with my Guru also so I am thinking I can definately keep the grid temp at 240. Done alot of research and I cant find an estimated "hours per pound" estimate of how long this baby will take to be juicy and tender. Plus or minus some is good, not sure at this point if its 12 hours or 22 til she's done? Man, I can already taste it!! Hopefully get some pics of the process also.
