Does anyone have a good recipes for beef or ham jerky fixed on the Green Egg.

There are a lot of jerky fixers on the forum. You might ping Thirdeye. He makes some wonderful stuff and IMO is the go to guy for jerky. Goodluck, AZ

i couldnt find his origional write up, might be in the wiseones cookbook on how he just throws it in a pile and moves the pile around during the cook. anyways its a great starter marinade for beef jerkey that is easily modified for different results, even works for salmon jerkey (squaw candy) if you add alot more sugar honey, maplesyrup
