Cedar Planked Lobster

one-m.jpg[p]Some spiny tails from miniseason I thawed this afternoon[p]two-m.jpg[p]Removed membrane, fins and split the tails. Seasoned with butter and Old Bay.[p]three-m.jpg[p]I soaked some cedar planks in water, preheated them 9 minutes @ 425 dome, and put the tails on for 12 minutes per W-S recipe.[p]four-m.jpg[p]Really got into the Dallas- Seattle game, so just threw some frozen broccoli in the mic and sat down to eat. The cedar smoke worked wonders on the lobster- will definitely try again. I'll eat the other tail for lunch tomorrow with some black beans and rice.[p]BigT[p]
