• GriffinGaDawg,
You can find them in any restaurant supply store. They should have both metal and wooden peels. You can probably find them for double the money at Williams Sonoma and places like that.

GriffinGaDawg,
I bought mine at Bed Bath & Beyond for less than $20. One hint using a metal peel is that it is unforgiving so I wrapped my handle with a golf club wrap to give a sure grip. My Westies loved the two pizzas I dropped before I did that!

BENTE,
hahaha... ronbeaux is the king of leftover bread roll-ups![p]i just was following his lead when i took a loaf of frozen wheat bread dough, let it rise, then rolled it out to a 8x10 rectangle, then painted with evoo and filled with leftover mad max turkey, and my sister-in-laws chestnut dressing, rolled it up, and baked at ~400 till it looked tasty... the one there came unrolled a bit, but hey, it tasted incredible! that's the first and last time if done that, but i've wanted to do it again ever since![p][p][p][p]even leftover, leftover bread roll-ups are incredible!

BENTE,[p]You are dead on! When a loaf gets to 200F+, then it is time to pull it out of the egg (for most breads).[p]Your loaf looks wonderful, great job![p]Puj

    BENTE,
It's really not hard to do. I mix up my dough and usually add a few things to spice it up a bit. I knead it by hand until my arms hurt, then let rise, roll it out, add the meat and roll it up. Then let rise again for a couple hours in a warm place. then cook
    This was left over brisket.
