This time I skipped the salt water soak, and used olive oil. The egg whites sound like a good idea.

same here, blues are called pterodactyls. ospreys are called cannon balls for the way they hit the water for fish, nothing graceful about an osprey

Can I ask what you used to make that glaze? I have a ham parked in the fridge and that glaze looks very nice and just may go good with this ham when I cook it.[p]Thanks![p]Bob

Bob i work in a grocery store the brown sugar glaze came from a spiral ham that we do and don't put the glaze pack on. i added crushed pineapple to it.
