<p />Good ol' pork crown roast, lovingly rubbed with Moon Shadows, and stuffed with a mixture of red, white, brown and wild rice, mild italian sausage, pee-cans, and raisins. Pulled at 165F internal and fed a family of four. Yup, you read right, there was only four of us this year. Anyone want some leftovers?
