Well, I made the rounds today giving friends and neighbors double smoked spiral hams, fatties and one good friend a standing rib roast last nite. I have been trying to convince him that he needs to trash his gasser and brinkman smoker for a while now and i think maybe i convinced him that i was right. He says it was the best prime rib he has ever had and he is a big meat eater. His wife was still raving about it today. I had the most fun ive had in a long time dropping off those fatties and hams to neighbors today. feels good to give, especially when it comes off a BGE.
