Chuck Flanken Ribs aka Beef Short Ribs.
This is a cook i will do again. Have not had Beef ribs in years. Would recommend it to anyone . very economical and the flavor was a nice change from pork. What fat that was on them seemed to melt. Choosing the best package is important these were the leanest of all. Price wise 2.49 this package was 7.59 got another for 6.50.
