Spatchcook chicken

I seen on here once where there was a video of a guy splitting the chicken and then taking out the breast bone. Does anyone have the link to that video. I think this is going to be my first cook on my new egg if ol santa claus comes through. I've already got some Dizzy Pig rubs coming. When I go to sleep at night I don't have visions of sugar plums dancing through my head, I have spatchcooked chickens, boston butts, ribs, fatties ( the sausage type ) steaks, chops and so on dancing through my head. I wake up with slobbers running down the side of my pillow. It's an awful sickness but hopefully it will be cured in a week. Thanks for the help.[p]Egger " I got the fever bad " wannabe
