Howdy Folks,[p]I was wondering if this would work or not. I was thinking of marinating a NY Strip in brandy, don't have any bourbon (sorry JJ). Has anyone tried this before? If not what do you think of the idea?[p]I'll be checkin back tomorrow.[p]Thanx,

Fresh cracked pepper rubbed into the steak. Jethro, brandy, bourbon, wine or beer all do a great job with steak. Nice flavor enhancers.
