I am new to this multiple picture posting, but I am going to give it a go. I hope this is able to post in the order I mean for it to. [p]I started cooking two butts...then proceeded to chickens and then combined the two to make white chicken chili (thanks to someone on here...sorry I can't remember whom) and brunswich stew (thanks to my mother). Even if it is in reverse, you get the idea...[p]

GriffinGaDawg, Do you cook the pork butts in those Alu pans? I do tons on them myself - no pan. Just curious. Steve.

Naaah...I just prepared them in those and then put the rack on top of one and used it as a drip pan.
