First get the fuel for the cook
1.jpg[p]Next get the 2" thick, 1lb dry aged victim. Heavy salt n pepper to get it ready. Opps, forgot to take pick "after" spicing it...sue me ;-)

3.jpg[p]Let sit for 20 minutes after the Trex effect then 4min a side, rest for 5 minutes and have the best steak you've erver ate...again!

    Can you explain the Trex steak recipe more? What are the advantages over the other methods? I've gotton away from the very high temp cooks, and now go with a 6560F sear on a 2 inch filet at 5min/4minutes whichcomes up very m-rare,
