With these rapid changes in temp, my pizza stones have both gotten pretty over the last week from condensation. Any recommendations on what I need to do before my next pizza cook?

cbs,
They have both gotten pretty what? Did you leave a word out of your sentence? If you are asking about cleaning them, the only thing you need to do normally is scrape them, possibly put them in the egg at a high temperature to burn anything off. If the word you left out was "moldy", then definitely do a high temp session in the egg to burn it off.[p]TNW

cbs,
no biggie. nexttime you cook, and the egg is coming up to temp, toss them in.[p]

cbs,
Then you just need to either let them air dry in the garage or house, or heat them in the Egg or oven.[p]TNW
