Hey guy,you have to stop posting those pics.Makes me have hunger pains all over again.Had strip and 12/15 count shrimp tonight.Well it is not night time yet but the wife is down the ocean and I am playing the bachlor this late afternoon.

sure...
it's really very simple.
- catch a trout... this one was caught by my 74 year old father at a trout club in northwest ohio. it's fly fishing only and they clean em for ya!
- stuff cavity with a rosemary sprig, a few thyme branches, lemon slices, s&p, & evoo.
- on the egg indirect with plate setter legs up/drip pan/grid and apple chips for smoke.
- 240 degrees for 2 hours
- garlic shrimp and lobster tail optional[p]<img src=http://my.erinet.com/~pnsonr/aargh.gif>

You weren't fricking kidding about digging out the seafood this weekend were you!! We had the snow crabs last night and the king the night before.
