    Rick's Tropical Delight,[p]i can't tell you how good this was.[p]You don't need to man, I feel like I can taste that first picture. Three of my favorite things. [p]Would you share the full cook procedure and recipe for the trout? Ice season is just around the corner in my neck of the woods.[p]~thirdeye~

    <p />thirdeye,
    sure...
    it's really very simple.
    - catch a trout... this one was caught by my 74 year old father at a trout club in northwest ohio. it's fly fishing only and they clean em for ya!
    - stuff cavity with a rosemary sprig, a few thyme branches, lemon slices, s&p, & evoo.
    - on the egg indirect with plate setter legs up/drip pan/grid and apple chips for smoke.
    - 240 degrees for 2 hours
    - garlic shrimp and lobster tail optional[p]<img src=http://my.erinet.com/~pnsonr/aargh.gif>;
