I'm a fairly new egger of less than a year. My wife is enjoying the foods that I cook on the egg and just about every day I learn something new about it. She has asked me to compile a list of things that I would like for cooking on the egg. Please give me some ideas and where we should purchase them.[p]There is a wealth of great info on this board and I appreciate any suggestions and/or experiences with anything you have on your wish list or that others may post. I am sorry if this has been discussed before, however it tis the season and this link can help many others as well as myself.[p]Thanks,
Taz

Tazmaniancowboy,
Hello and welcome to the fold.
Tell us what you have got now to cook with and I'm sure some can help you with your purchases. Like, do you have a Plate Setter? Remote Thermometer? Guru, grill extender, etc.?
All of these are great, but the pocketbook may dictate which ones you should get, and then add the rest later.
HTH,
ron.
