I have lots of the traditional leftovers. Do you have any ideas on how to use or store? I have a foodsaver. Thanks, Scott

    Scotty's Inferno,
I'm making this Sunday.[p]4 or 5 c. (5 is better) turkey or chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. whole milk (don't use skim or low-fat)
1 sm. can mushrooms, cut up
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) vermicelli (extra thin)cooked
Parmesan cheese to taste[p]Combine the first five ingredients (put in the meat last). Add the spaghetti - mix together. Cover with Parmesan, fairly liberally. Bake in shallow casserole 325 - 350, 30 minutes[p]Mike

Left overs,mmmmmmm.....[p]Saved enough pork and turkey for a nice plate of left overs for this evening's meal.[p]Rest of the meat was cut, chopped and diced into a big pile. One half of the pile went into a nice Turkey Stew that is simmering on the stove now. The other half went into the innards (meat, veggies, gravy and seasonings) for mini Turkey Pot Pies, either manana or Monday.

    Scotty's Inferno,
Enchiladas can be very good, and after cooking and cooling they will freeze well.

Scotty's Inferno,[p]Friday, turkey sandwiches, made 2quarts of stock with bones.
Saturday (a break) pasta with a fresh pesto (experimentally including fresh cilantro and this year's Thai hot peppers... turned out nice; fresh with a bite).
Tonight, turkey risotto (see 2qts stock, above)[p]foodsaver'd one full breast and one thigh for later, now in the freezer. I do them whole; when you thaw them later they slice nicely.[p]best, HS

HolySmokes,[p]I'm making turkey risotto as we speak. Always one of my favorite ways to use up some leftovers.
