    This is after just over 3 hours.. 3hours, 22 mins to be exact. Its really yummy, thankfully! I've been scared all week! Somehow I've gone 30 years without cooking a turkey... I'm no longer a virgin![p]

    I had same problem with pans to hold v-rack ended up bending the legs in on the rack and "stretching" a cheapy foil pan, it worked though.
    Good job on the bird, looks nice.
