Reheating ribs

I am having a dinner party at home after work Monday, but cannot cook that day. I want to cook 5-6 racks of ribs on Sunday afternoon and reheat them Monday night. How would the forum members do this? It's such a short time between cook and reheat, I was actually thinking about just refrigerating them in a disposable foil pan and sealing with plastic wrap and foil, and reheating in the oven at low heat with the foil cover.
I would also appreciate thoughts about when to sauce them.
Thanks for any ideas.

I will also have the egg available for reheat on Monday, if anyone would do it that way.
Thanks.

uncbbq,
When I cook a bunch of ribs for pa. I never sauce. He reheats them on (gasser) and brushes on his sauce. I would pull off and bag ASAP. I think it retains more moisture.
Just my 2 cents.[p]Mike

I cook them 85-90 percent the day ahead of time. Foil and refer overnight. Next day finish the cook, add 1/2 hour from normal total cook time, glaze in last 15-20 minutes, yum!!!!!.
