What kind of wine should be used for inside turkey?, not planning
on making gravy, and not a wine drinker so I have no Idea, I've
used Apple Juice in the past was thinking of switching to Cider
this year till everyone raves about wine.

  • RittmanRod,
you don't have to use the wine, you can certainly use some cider if you prefer ... .if you use wine, any good white wine that you would otherwise drink.. . .i typically use a chardonay, but only because its what's in the house that the wife likes. ...HTH

  • mad max beyond eggdome,
Thanks, everyone is definatly keeping you "Gobblin"
    keep up the good work!
