YB,[p]We were just having beers & chili last weekend. I'm deeply saddened. Our prayers go out to his family.[p]We lost a great BGE fan, but his spirit will live on in the recipes he has graciously shared.[p]Here's one more to you Kenny![p]GM

This is indeed shocking news, yet thank you for sharing. I would never have dreamed last Saturday would be the last opportunity we would have to shake his hand. Kenny always freely shared his knowledge about the Egg. He will be missed.

I'm devastated. Kenny was a great guy. Three Sundays ago my phone rang and it was Kenny. Until that time we had only emailed or responded to posts. We talked for over an hour.
He told me he was going to stay w/ you on his way to the fest.
My sincere condolences to his family and I am deeply saddened.

  • YB,
Prayers for his friends and family.

YB,[p]Yes very sad to hear. Along with Julie and Fireball, KennyG was one of the few posters on this forum I have been able to meet in person. A few years back at the midwinters Michigan Eggfest.[p]We spent sometime talking baseball and of course Q. A very charming gentleman.[p]Jethro

Thanks for passing this on, and for the phone call (just got your message). I'm speechless. He'll be missed in a big way. [p]I think a pot of chili will go on the stove real soon in his honor. Sending good thoughts to the K~G clan, and to all who knew him.[p]Chris

stike, Ditto on what you said, I dripped on the keyboard this time.

  • YB,[p]Oh, I am so sorry to hear this![p]I was certain that I would meet Kenny someday. I had a bunch of things to ask him about, that could only be discussed in person.[p]Guess I'll have to wait.[p]He is in my thoughts. [p]Peace.[p]Lee[p]

YB,[p]This is awful news. I have not seen Kenny since the 2002 Eggfest (I think) and this shocks me to hear he is gone. [p]Thanks for finding me Darryl to let me know.
    Sad day[p]Tim
