My son has his inlaws in town and all of us (around 30 or so) are contributing to the feast!
Made some regular Deviled Eggs.
Made some some ABT Deviled Eggs!
And have Baby backs on the large.
Last up will be a big ole thick Ham Steak in a bit!
Enjoy the day and please remember why we celebrate this day.

I have no doubt that the eggs was great. But on that note, I absolutely hate eggs of any kind. The only thing that I possibly hate as much is hippies and liberals  =)

    @Jeremiah @stv8r

Cold smoke (Optional) the white halfs with Pecan. (Using Amazing tube in BGE Large)
For the filling I mixed 1/3 jalapeno mustard with 2/3 yellow mustard, some miracle whip, 1/2 jalapeno cream cheese and 1/2 regular cream cheese (room temp makes it easy to mix) diced jalapenos (squeezed dry in paper towel) along with the yolks. All of these are to taste as mixing.

For the seasoning I added to the cream mix:
    a bit of celery salt
    black pepper
    kosher salt
a pinch or two of jalapeno salt (Fiesta Brand)
Suckle Busters Texas Gun Powder (Best Jalapeno Powder Ever!!)
Stir each in to your tasting.

Once each is loaded, I sprinkels diced jalapeno and bacon bits and dusted with a good quality smoked paprika (McCormick).
Then put in fridge for at least 4-6 hours. A day is even better to let the flavors build and bloom!

    Not your grandmother's Deviled Eggs!
We will do these often!   :o
