<p />Getting ready to put on 15 lbs. of beef jerky. 7 1/2 lbs. at a time. Going to go indirect for 12 hours each cook at 175. Used GFW's recipe and modified with BBQ sauce and other spices. The EGG worked perfectly last time I cooked for 12 hours over night never missing a beat on temp. You really got to love this cooking machine. I'm so mad I didn't find this gem earlier.[p]CWM
