Well, I got the egg lit and stabilized it at 200-220 for the pork shoulder. We'll see how the 40 mph winds effect my results!

Well, I tweaked the door open to bring the temps back up (had gone down to about 160), and in 10 minutes the temps were back around 200. The fire hadn't gone out, I had just chocked the vents down a little too much!
