First time posting on here... I've had my XL Big Green Egg for almost a year and have absolutely fell in love with it.  Thought I would start posting some of my cooks on here.  Love seeing everyones food and cooks.

Made a Pork Lo Mean with a Mongolian Grilling Sauce.  It's the first time cooking in the Wok.  I'll be doing a lot more in it!
