Give your ideas on what this tree is please. Got several of them on the 10 acres I just bought that are being trimmed back. Need to know if I should save them for the BGE, the fire pit, or take them to the mulching plant. Thanks for any help.

It is not a pine tree. They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. That's against their interests. - George Carlin

It does have laurel like characteristics - if it is, it puts out extremely fragrant flowers. Might be worth keeping them around..

Beautiful tree, and great smoke aroma in the fire pit. I have not smoked meat with it yet, but would think chicken, seafood or pork might be suitable to experiment with.
Burns well, not great, like oak, and other higher btu firewood, but does the job, outdoors for 3 seasons."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber
