My second grandnephew is internet famous, more than 9 million views with Facebook etc. Why? He shoved macaroni up his nose because his girlfriend shoved raisins up her nose. His Dad called my niece who helps run a fair sized preschool and she told him what to do. Enjoy and help contribute to his college fund or ADHD medication.

In 1961 or 62 I shoved a dry bean up my little sisters nose. My Mom couldn't get it out so she took her to clinic on base. If only she had known about this technique.
