I've been meaning to try making cedar plank salmon for some time. Today at the market, they had some wild salmon so I decided to go for it. Bought the planks right there as well.
EVOO + Jamaican Firewalk / Dizzy Pig + Lemon Slices
Looking good.
Planked. 400F for about 20 mins. Probed at 145.
Plated.
Wife said was better than what you'd get in the restaurant. Kid kept scarfing his down.
