I got "The Pizza Bible" by Tony Gemignani for Christmas. Already made one of the doughs - turned out the best I have done so far. Next time I will Egg the pies and calzones. I can see that I am just going to have to buck up and cook my way through that book.

Very nice. Never cooked mine at 600* before. Always lower like 500*. Like those topping choices as well.
