Turkey breast...What internal temp?

I am cooking a turkey breast on the egg. What should the internal temperature of the breast be.

165 is perfect.

Orio Kid, I'd go for 170, but if you pull at 165, tent it in foil on a platter for 20 minutes to let it rise internal. If you find redness around the bone, this is normal. Depends on the smoke applied. Whole breast or breast portions?? I assume whole bird breast minus legs and wings.
